Description of Services:
Provides immediate, support and assistance to victims of crime and tragedy through request from police * in office support available during regular business hours
- facilitates the connection between the victim and appropriate community support services
- provides follow up contact to ensure victim has received and will continue to receive assistance, if required
- provides public education as to the effects of crime and tragedy and the existence of resources within the community
