Description of Services:
Provides and advocates for a full range of community-based services for people with developmental disabilities including accommodation, employment, respite, community access, planning and family supports * programs and services provided are the following:
Supported Independent Living: Supports adults with developmental disability to live in their own homes or apartments in the community while receiving the assistance and supports they require
Respite Support: Allows family members the opportunity to have a break from the constant specialized care required by the individual with special needs
Supported Employment Program: Provides assistance and support for adults living a developmental disability to obtain and maintain a job in the community
Children Respite: Provides respite to individual caring for a child under the age of 18 with disabilities
Day Supports include: Life skills training, leisure and recreation activities
Group Home: Provides assistance and support for adults with intellectual disabilities 24/7
Passport: Provides funding to individual living with a developmental disability to participate in their community
