Description of Services:
Community-based support and rehabilitation services to adults living with the effects of an acquired brain injury
ABI Housing services - Provides community-based rehabilitation and personal support to adults who have experienced an acquired brain injury for those requiring up to 24 hour supports
ABI Outreach services - Offered in one's home or community to provide rehabilitation supports to assist with enhancing functional abilities (physical, cognitive, behavioural, social and activities of daily living) to assist with independent living
ABI Group Services - Focus on providing educational, rehabilitation, support and leisure opportunities to those living with the effects of an acquired brain injury
Assisted Living High Risk Seniors - Supports eligible seniors wishing to remain in their homes with personal support, meal assistance and light homemaking services
