Eligibility - Population(s) Served
Adult Day Program - Must be 18 years of age living at home, is able to perform activities of daily living (ADL) independently or with minimal assistance, is able to function within a group setting, can be frail, physically or cognitively impaired * must be assessed prior to attendance
Overnight Respite Program: Must be a client in the adult day program

Fees
$15 full day with meal and snacks
