Referrals can be made by anyone * within a government funded community agency * who has identified a learning need related to the mental health of the elderly * or anyone concerned about an older adult who may have a psychological, behavioural or memory problem
Eligibility - Population(s) Served
Must be a government funded agency such as: Ontario Health atHome-Brampton; Adult Day programs; Homemaking agencies; Supportive Housing; Respite Care programs dealing with dementia and mental health issues

Provides education to enhance the knowledge and skills for staff working
in primary care clinics, long-term care homes and community support agencies, who service older adults with cognitive
impairment due to mental health, dementia, addictions or other neurological
conditions
