Psycho-educational counselling program covering a wide range of topics including:

addictions
relapse prevention
conflict resolution
co-dependence
boundaries
power and control
the sources of anger
how to recognize anger
consent
sexual boundaries
emotional intelligence
toxic relationships

Offers a standard 12-week program and an expedited 7-week long program available in both group and individual settings * All groups are run on an open carousel basis, which means people can join the group at any time
