Description of Services:

Medical clinic focused on family and community health * nurse practitioner works with registered nurses, registered practical nurses, a social worker, a pharmacist, a consulting doctor and administrative support staff to assess and treat non-life threatening injuries or illnesses
  • annual physicals (male and female)
  • smoking cessation
  • counselling
  • nutrition education
  • well baby/prenatal
  • medication management
  • monitoring and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, arthritis, asthma, and heart disease
  • health promotion, illness prevention
