Includes activities to promote health and fitness, health screening and monitoring and overall personal wellness

Activities include:

Foot Care (appointment required)
Group fitness and in-home fitness classes of varying levels and types, including YOGA classes
Nordic poling, indoor walking club
Health Screening- fitness assessments, hearing clinics, diabetic screening, foot care, nutritional screening
Blood Pressure Clinic (cardiovascular health awareness program) - free
Clinic- local lab clinics offered in partnership to serve the communities needs * appointments are appreciated, walk-ins are accepted
