Description of Services:

Providing grief healing peer support services by trained volunteers and staff to individuals and families grieving the death of a loved one

individual one-on-one peer support sessions (by phone)
support groups - loss-specific and open/all losses (online)
volunteer facilitator training
regular social media education / awareness posts
community outreach - various grief groups/workshops collaborating with community partners across York Region and surrounding communities
