Eligibility - Population(s) Served
Must be resident of Markham, Whitchurch Stouffville or Thornhill * Must be over the age of 18 and able to manage their own medications * Must be able to walk or get around in a wheelchair and have a life threatening illness
Fees
A $5 donation per day is appreciated to cover the cost of lunch and activities, if client is able
