Description of Services:

Provide in home personal care assistance with daily living:
  • personal grooming and hygiene
  • toileting and bowel / bladder services
  • dressing / undressing, bathing, washing
  • a.m. / p.m. care
  • meal preparation
  • monitoring the taking of medication
  • essential communication services
  • for existing clients, palliative and respite support can be provided when appropriate
