In-home 24-hour supports for older adults and adults with disabilities for the activities of daily living

assistance with the activities of daily living
bathing, dressing and grooming
mobility, positioning and transferring
exercise
meal preparation and eating help
light housekeeping
security checks
medication monitoring
bowel and bladder routine

There is no waitlist for this service. When there is an opening, ICAN works with HSN and LHIN to find a suitable clients * Clients are screened in order to ensure they meet criteria and a good fit with the rest of the roommates
