Support older adults and their families to navigate the health, long-term care and social service system

Services include:
  • information and referral services
  • counselling and support on coping with the stresses of aging, illness and disability
  • navigation and access support
  • caregiver support and education groups through the Koschitzky Support Centre for family caregivers and older adults
