traditional healing program with counselors and community endorsed Traditional Healers
community based clinics regularly host medical specialists in the fields of pediatrics; obstetrics/gynecology; geriatrics rheumatology; ophthalmology; rehabilitation and neurology
referral services and tertiary care beyond WAHA is provided primarily by Kingston General Hospital, Timmins District Hospital and Health Sciences North * charter aircraft provides appointment based specialty services to Kingston three times/week for entitled First Nation patients * patients requiring urgent diagnostic tests such as CT scans, ultrasound and MRI’s are transported to Timmins via ORNGE transport
