Description of Services:

Youth employment and skills strategy program -- 11 week intensive kitchen training and pre-employment support to prepare individuals for a career as line cooks

menu planning, knife skills and food prep training
food handler and WHMIS certifications
participants paid for 30 hours per week to attend sessions with 6 week paid work placement following training
one to one job search assistance
ongoing support
