Description of Services:

  • Provides an online single point of access on information to a variety of government programs and services for residents, visitors and businesses
  • Provides referral services to government staff who can provide specialized help

    • Provides the following services:

    Business
    • Corporate Registrations
    • Sole Proprietorship and General Partnership Registrations

    Driver and Vehicle Services
    • Accessible parking permits
    • Copies of records
    • Driver's licences (name and address change, renewal, replacement)
    • Motorized Snow Vehicle Operator's Licence
    • Motorized Snow Vehicle Permits
    • Off-Road Vehicle Permits
    • Vehicle Permits and Plates

    Health
    • Health card renewal and replacement
    • Name and address change on health card
    • New health card registration
    • Organ and tissue donor registration

    Ontario Photo Card
    • New Ontario Photo Card registration
    • Ontario Photo Card renewal and replacement
    • Name and address change on Ontario Photo Card

    Provides a public computer to obtain a variety of government information and online services for businesses and residents including the following:
    • Registering a business
    • Updating business information
    • Changing home address
    • Applying for birth, marriage, or death certificates
    • Registering a newborn

    Note:
    • Offers Commissioner of Oaths services
    • Health card services are also available by appointment and can be booked online
