Description of Services:

Provides programs and services to assist seniors in living independently
Lifeline Emergency Response System
  • Assists clients with arrangements for rental contract and installation of lifeline equipment
  • Equipment enables clients to obtain 24 hour emergency assistance
Loan Cupboard
  • Provides items including walkers and crutches for short term use
Meals on Wheels
  • Provides and delivers hot meals to individual's homes
  • Offers special diet meals
