Manages the daily operations of the town of Atikokan and oversees the daily operations of the following departments:
- Administration (includes Town Clerk and By-law Enforcement)
- Building and Property
- Finance Department
- Fire Department
- Landfill
- Parks and Recreation
- Public Works
Also oversees the following:
- Atikokan Cemetery Board
- Atikokan Public Library Board
- Atikokan Centennial Museum Board
- Atikokan Police Services Board
