Description of Services:


Nurse Practitioner-led medical clinic
  • Nurse practitioners (NP) are registered nurses with advanced university education who provide personalized, quality health care to patients
  • Works in partnership with Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Dietitians, Social Workers and collaboratively with Physicians

Offers a variety of health care services including:
  • counselling and education
  • diagnosing and treating illness and/or injuries
  • ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • performing physical check-ups
  • referrals to family physicians, specialists and other health professionals
  • supportive care through illness
  • treatments and/or procedures
  • writing prescriptions

Provides a walk-in clinic for registered patients
