- Members are required to attend two annual meetings of the co-operative
- Committees are made up of volunteer members
- Members from each building are also assigned duties on a rotational basis such as lawn care, snow shoveling, vacuuming hallways etc

Membership - Annual; Service; Some units are subsidized and usually based on 30% of a member's monthly income
