Eligibility - Population(s) Served
Individuals 60 years and older, or with a disability
- Prospective clients must not be able to access public transportation services (too far to walk/bus, stairs too difficult)
- Must not be able to drive themselves
- Must not live in a long-term care facility
- Must be able to get in and out of a vehicle with minimal assistance
