Provides training and supports to enable individuals to secure paid employment and/or unpaid placement opportunities

Provides instruction on developing job skills, social skills and good work habits
Offers information about industrial practices
Provides job coaching at places of secured employment as required
Provides employment through various community contracts such as yardwork and snow removal
Provides training in various printing related areas such as shredding, folding, photocopying and laminating through Good Impressions Printing, located in the building
Tailors ongoing training and supports to meet the needs and capabilities of each individual
