Description of Services:

Operates a multi purpose recreational facility

Provides a gymnasium for drop in use, scheduled activities or rental; has sports equipment available for use
Offers a weight room with universal, peck deck, hack squat machines and free weights
Offers an indoor walking track
Provides cardiovascular equipment such as steppers, stationary bikes and treadmills
Provides change rooms, showers and a sauna
Provides rental of meeting room for various events; can include use of audio/video equipment and flip charts

Offers various group activities such as aerobics classes or karate lessons

Provides 2 squash courts
Provides related equipment rentals

Johnny's Junior Gym

Provides a supervised exercise time for children including a snack

Memorial Arena

Provides scheduled hockey games, figure skating lessons and public skating
