Description of Services:
Provides a community-based intervention program to assist youth living in at-risk neighbourhoods
Supports youth in their capacity to make healthy life choices
Works in partnership with families, educators, and community programs
Supports youth to find opportunities, solutions and resources to address their own social, behavioural, emotional, educational and employment needs
Outreach involves coordinated activities that motivate at-risk youth and their families to make positive life choices including:
Receiving and sharing information about their interests, concerns and needs
Providing relevant information
Guiding, mentoring and facilitating access to programs and services
Enabling positive community participation
