- Maintenance and repair of road ways, drainage systems, streetlights, and signage
- Street, sidewalk and lane way maintenance and snow plowing
- Sanitary, storm sewer and water main break repairs, design, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance, including annual hydrant flushing
- Water and sewer locates
- Landfills and garbage collection
