Wheelchair Accessible

Offers supports to individuals with developmental disabilities living in their own apartments within a supervised setting

Supports can vary from a few hours to 24 hours per day, depending on the individual's needs
Aims to meet all aspects of the individuals needs, including but not limited to personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, socialization, financial management and health
Provides one to one personal support within the home or community
Teaches and/or maintains daily living skills, problem solving skills
Determines the degrees and types of supports required by the needs of the individual receiving supports and their families
