Emergency Discretionary Fund and Emergency Shelter: Must contact Homelessness Outreach Worker to make arrangements
Emergency Transportation: Call office; transportation provided as soon as possible
Eligibility - Population(s) Served
- Individuals and/or families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
- Open to all with a focus on off-reserve Indigenous people
Emergency Discretionary Fund- One time financial assistance to individuals requiring emergency funds for appliances, shelter, transportation or are at risk of utilities being cut off
- Individuals on verge of eviction due to non payment
Emergency Shelter- Individuals who require temporary shelter
- One time only to a maximum of 3 days
