Description of Services:

Daily access to care * registered nurses are available to provide emergency room services and they have access to physicians for consultations   
  • mobility devices
  • occasional respite services
  • community mental health services
  • Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN)
  • occupational therapy
  • wound dressing and foot care for elders
  • diabetes follow-up
  • physiotherapy
  • family medicine
  • dental services
