Person Directed Planning

helps clients to set goals and find the supports necessary to enable them to reach their goals

Academic Supports

assists clients enrolled in college or university programs with individualized academic support

Day Supports

arts, recreation
life skills development including money management and emotional/social skills
respite for teens
