Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals. All participants will undergo a brief intake assessment to determine program eligibility and a medical is required. To make a referral, please call, email, or complete the online form. Program is open to clients treated at other organizations. Family members can also have an appointment for themselves. The family is expected to participate in the family counselling component.
