Description of Services:
An outpatient service adults over the age of 65 with complex medical and psychosocial issues such as depression, anxiety and other mental health illnesses.
The interprofessional services include:
- Comprehensive assessment and diagnosis,
- Treatment options, including medication management and non- pharmacological approaches (e.g. psychotherapy, relaxation and breathing techniques)
- Problem solving therapy and goal setting
- Group-based counselling and therapy
- Group interventions, activities and exercises
