Recommendations for referral to a First Nation's Review Committee are based on a successful completion of the Employment Counselling and Assessment Process
Requests considered on a first come first served basis and reviewed pending availability of funding
Process takes 2-4 weeks and approval must be confirmed prior to starting

On or off reserve First Nations members of the nine participating communities or individual based programs
Must be unemployed, underemployed, or out of school for 12 months
Program must not be eligible for Band Post Secondary funding
Demonstrated need for assistance
