Description of Services:

Provides students with an intellectual disability, a transition plan that is used to facilitate a smooth and successful transition from school to community life

Services

assists students to find and complete Coop placements
transitions youth out of school to post-secondary education, training, certificate programs, apprenticeships, volunteering or employment
job readiness skills and supporting students at work
links to other agencies for resumes, job search, assessments, etc
links to programs, such as, Community Integration Program, Special Olympics Ontario, Volunteer Services Program, and Supported Independent Living/Residential Programs.
