Eligibility - Population(s) Served

  • Mental health case management services provided for individuals aged 16 years and older

  • Addictions and substance abuse services provided for individuals 12 years of age and older with an emphasis on youth

Description of Services:

Provides services to help people living with mental illness/addictions issues to achieve and maintain a meaningful quality of life

Provides the following mental health services:
  • Community and case management
  • Individualized assessment
  • Support and advocacy
  • Family support and education
Education, training sessions, group support and/or workshops can be provided in the following areas:
  • Anger Management
  • Assertiveness Training
  • Crime Prevention
  • Dealing with Bullying
  • Family Violence
  • Grief and Loss
  • Healthy Relationships
  • Managing Depressive Disorders
  • Multi-generational Trauma
  • Responsible Gambling
  • Self Care & the Medicine Wheel and Self Esteem
  • Social Skills Training
  • Stress Management
  • Problematic Substance Use
  • Suicide Prevention Intervention
  • Traditional Teachings
