Specialized Service Coordination (SSC) program

Uses a person-directed approach to help individuals identify their goals and the steps to take to reach their goals
Assists people with direct funding to learn how to create their own support networks within their available funding

Adult Protective Service Worker (APSW) program

Supports individuals who are living on their own to live as independently, safely, and securely as possible in the community
Assists in developing strategies for coping and adapting to life in the community
Ensures that individuals are informed of their rights and are treated with respect, fairness and dignity (Advocacy)
Assists individuals in managing income support from Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) (Temporary Trusteeship)
Helps individuals use natural supports as a way of enhancing lives and understand the range of opportunities that exist in the community
