To provide open access to resources that will promote and support personal and community growth * free wifi.

The Norland branch offers the following Municipal Services:
  • distribution of City publications, surveys and information flyers
  • sale of Burn Permits
  • sale of Dog Tags
  • sale of Garbage Tags (regular, large, Freon and mattress)
