Description of Services:

Some individuals may receive case management services and support through a community treatment order (CTO). A CTO is a treatment and service plan which is issued by a physician in consultation and coordination with the consumer and service providers. Psychiatric case managers offer the specific services identified in the CTO to the consumer.
