Referrals are made by physicians and staff of Sault Area Hospital. Follow-up is provided to out-patients at physicians' request.

Description of Services:

The Concurrent Disorders program provides assessment, referral, brief intervention, and discharge planning to hospital patients who have co-occurring mental health and addiction issues.
