Description of Services:

Provides a mobile service to youth and young adults from ages 13-26 of years, meeting youth where they are throughout York Region

Services include:
  • housing support
  • employment support
  • educational support (liaising youth between teachers/guidance counsellors)
  • accessing necessary financial assistance for young individuals
  • referring youth to other community support services in their area
  • providing information and programming
  • youth advocate for justice services
  • case management
  • ID replacement
  • crisis intervention
  • informal counselling and support
  • referral to our in-house professional individual counsellor
  • gang intervention and prevention programs
