Description of Services:

Delivers centrally coordinated, community based programs and services to Métis Communities in Ontario * support services are client-driven, family centered and provide holistic care. Programs focus on:
  • healthy parenting
  • early childhood development
  • chronic disease management
  • healthy aging
  • independent living
  • prevention of addictions
  • problem gambling
  • mental wellness

Whitby office offers family wellness program and healthy babies/healthy children program.
