Provides technical advisory services on all operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants

Provides support with operations and maintenance related record keeping and evaluation of capital assets
Assists in applications for sources of funding for community assets
Provides advisory assistance and trouble shooting services for operators of water and wastewater systems in member communities
Coordinates required training and certification of water and wastewater operators
Investigates emergency situations and advises on course of action
