Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program (AREP) | Arthritis Society

AERP Referral Form - GC CRM Referral (goldcareonline.net)
Community-based rehabilitation program * physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social workers available * individual consultation and group education sessions

Topics may include:
