Interdisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation team provides assessment, consultation, treatment and education to patients requiring assistance in regaining optimal function following and illness or injury * Services offered include:
  • amputee therapy
  • hand therapy
  • pulmonary rehabilitation
  • stroke rehabilitation
