Description of Services:

First Link Education Series First Steps and Care Essentials for Caregivers run across York Region * education talks on topics related to Alzheimer's disease and other dementias * ability to provide education in public setting (retirements communities, long term care, community centres, libraries, churches and other faith based places etc.) * public awareness

Meetings

Meet with your peer virtually to share information on coping with, and caring for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias using Zoom * Zoom meeting ID and password will be provided upon confirmation or registration. Contact 1-888-414-5550 if you are new to this.
