Description of Services:

Designated as the District Stroke Centre for Sarnia-Lambton. Services provided based on stroke best practice. Secondary Stroke Prevention Clinic is an outpatient clinic for people who have experienced signs and symptoms suggestive of a recent stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA). Clinic provides rapid access to experts in stroke and offers in-person appointments at the hospital, as well as, virtual appointments, including, over the phone and web-based video options. The purpose of the clinic is to investigate the cause of the suspected stroke or TIA. To learn more about the clinic click here.
