The Needle Exchange Program provides the following to those who choose to use drugs intravenously and are at risk of transmitting HIV, Hepatitis and other blood borne infections: - needles and other harm reduction items, including sharps containers - needle disposal - inhalation and crystal meth kits - naloxone kits - condoms - health information - referrals
