Description of Services:

The Umbrellas Program supports change in the lives of women 16+ who are pregnant and/or parenting young children, who identify with a present substance use/gambling concern, or who may have past substance use concerns and are looking for support to maintain their recovery goals and reduce the risk of relapse. Inclusion Criteria: - Women aged 16 and older who are pregnant - Women parenting children under the age of 10 - Women living in York Region
