Clients referred must have a psychiatrist with admitting privileges at Southlake and/or have affiliation with the clinic. Each referral must be accompanied by a completed Adult Outpatient Referral Form. Call the Schizophrenia Clinic to request a form.

Description of Services:

This outpatient program is designed to provide assessment and treatment planning for individuals living with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. The Schizophrenia Program includes individual, group and family education, as well as medicine administration and monitoring. Admission Criteria: - Clients 18 years or older with a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder - Clients referred with other psychotic disorders will be considered case by case.
