nurse on-site
prescription renewals/refills * narcotics or controlled substances not included
specialist referrals
doctor's sick notes for a fee
driver's medical exams for a fee
lab requisitions
telephone and video appointments in home or via mobile device with a doctor
virtual care with a doctor via the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) * nurses in clinic undertake patient assessments and help them connect with an on site doctor via video

We offer a range of services from primary care to chronic disease prevention and management, as well as mental health and addictions care.
