Description of Services:

The Behaviour Supports Ontario program offers support to older adults who may be experiencing distress, confusion, agitation, or other challenging personal expressions, as well as to the care partners who assist them. Individuals are supported where they reside, wherever that may be. Treatment is provided by a multi-disciplinary team, including registered nurses, RPN's and a recreational therapist. Access to a geriatric psychiatrist can be arranged through a care provider referral if required.
